Chiddingfold, Waverley

 

ABC has been involved in a site in Chiddingfold since 2017 when they were approached directly by a landholder of a former garden nursery. The village was in the early stages of preparing a Neighbourhood Plan so we approached the parish council in the first instance. This resulted in the site being allocated for development of housing. Following this initial stage, ABC worked with the landholder to select a suitable development partner (Vanderbilt Homes) to bring forward a scheme in line with the expectations of the neighbourhood plan and other planning policy from Waverley Borough Council.
