Claires Court School, Maidenhead

 

Andrew has been advising joint clients Claires Court School and Berkeley Home on a large scale strategic project in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead since 2013. The project involves the consolidation of an 'all-through' independent school from 3 separate sites across Maidenhead to a single site with an 8,000 sqm new school and facilities in the green belt. Alongside the school will be a new home for Maidenhead Hockey Club, with two international standard pitches and a new pavilion, together with other recreation facilities. Also on the site will be 157 homes. Andrew assembled a comprehensive Very Special Circumstances argument to support the proposed development in the green belt.
