London Plan

 

Andrew was heavily involved in providing a response to the emerging draft London Plan whilst at PRP. He provided briefing sessions for different teams within the practice and produced a comprehensive submission to the consultation version of the plan. Of particular importance to PRP were the sections of the plan concerning Housing for Older People. In advance of the hearing sessions, PRP held a round table discussion with a number of clients from the Later Living sector to discuss the potential impact of the draft policies in the plan and the modifications which might be needed in order to assist in delivery of specialist housing typologies. Following the round table discussion, detailed hearing statements were produced by PRP and Andrew subsequently attended the London Plan Hearing Sessions on this topic.
